This position is [on-site and located in [Taichung,Taiwan],.What You Will Do<ul><li>3.   Task (職位主要職責) :1. 依照公司及法規要求，確保工廠安全有效地運行，並符合所有相關法規和標準工作流程。Ensure that the plant is run safely and efficiently that it is in compliance with all relevant requirements, regulations and standard work processes.2. 依製程計畫及操作標準進行生產活動。Follow SOP requirement for production activities.3. 須著規定PPE作業，注重自身及同事安全且細心Operate with protective suit, pay attention to safety and details – not only for self but also for co-worker.4. 監控設備和製程參數Monitor equipment and process parameters.5. 紀錄生產過程參數並簽名據實填入生產紀錄Write the process parameters in the protocols according to the time schedule and sign the protocols.6. 嚴格遵守SOPFollow scrupulously the SOP’s.7. 如有製程/設備偏差無法處理或不安全情況，請立即通知組長Notify shift supervisor in case of deviation or unsafe situation.8. 依要求取樣給實驗室進行分析Take sample for quality assurance.9. 按照時間表對設備（接地，升降機，眼睛緊急沖淋…等）進行生產安全檢查Do the safety checks given to production according to schedule (earthing, lift, eyes safety shower,..).10. 對工作場所進行環境整潔Do the housekeeping and responsible of the cleanliness of working place.11. 設備異常時，可初步異常處理並協助維修部門排除機械及設備故障Do the 1st level of maintenance in accordance with the approved fix it yourself list, and assist maintenance staff to trouble shoot the equipment problems.12. 可達成符合各經驗年資所需能力，其中包含Able to demonstrate capability based on working experience after onboard.</li><li>前六個月，了解基本生產流程、可獨立進行一般灌裝作業、可獨立操作一般鋰金屬前置作業 The first six months, know the fundamental production process, can work on general task independently including filling and Lithium preparation.</li><li>前三年，含前述，加上日常巡檢、所有製程獨立操作、異常處理及製程及過濾器清洗作業 The first 3 years, additionally including site inspection, independent production process operation, troubleshooting and process/ filter cleaning.</li><li>前八年，含前述，加上公用設備操作、領導歲修作業、製程疑難排解、緊急應變、新人訓練 The first 8 years, additionally including utility operation, turnaround task lead, emergency response, and training to juniors.</li><li>駕駛堆高機及操作天車等危險性設備需具有合格證照Forklift and crane operation requires certificate. </li></ul> What You BringRequired:<ul><li>chemical back-ground education , if applicable</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>1-2 years work experience in chemical industry</li><li>Capable to use AutoCAD to create and modify P&amp;ID in chemical plant, would be plus to attach the portfolio.  </li></ul>Benefits of Joining Albemarle<ul><li>Competitive compensation</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>A diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.</li></ul>We are partners to one another in pioneering new ways to be better for ourselves, our teams, and our communities.
