The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end administration of key program agreements—including Data Transfer Agreements, Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Scope of Works (SOWs), End User Training material and third-party vendor contracts, ensuring alignment with global compliance, stakeholder needs, and Global Human Resources Transformation goals.Key internal relationships are with Global Mobility CoE, Shared Service organizations, and functions within Hitachi Group Companies including HR Digital, Finance, Administration, Travel, Local HR, Regional HQs and other organizations as needed.Key Responsibilities:Contract Management &amp; Governance<ul><li>Administer the full contract lifecycle for program-related agreements including IGTA, SOWs, MSAs, and third-party vendor contracts.</li><li>Support the negotiation and execution of new contracts with internal and external global mobility stakeholders.</li><li>Liaise with various Group Company entities and departments (legal, procurement, and regional HR) to ensure alignment with corporate policies and compliance requirements.</li><li>Track and manage obligations, milestones, renewals, and risks associated with all relevant contracts.</li><li>Draft and maintain templates, issue contract notices, and monitor terms compliance.</li><li>Maintain contract registers for all Project documentation.</li></ul>Transformation Projects Implementation Support<ul><li>Partner with HR and IT stakeholders to support onboarding and contractual enablement for group companies joining the APro platform.</li><li>Facilitate the administration of IGTA agreements ensuring compliance with data sharing and privacy frameworks.</li><li>Manage SharePoint documentation, including relevant User Manuals and Training guides and support communication related to system rollouts.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Act as a support liaison to external vendors and partners, ensuring performance, service levels, and contractual deliverables are assessed and met.</li><li>Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across Global Mobility, Legal, Finance, and Group Companies HRs.</li><li>Participate in vendor performance reviews, contract negotiations, service enhancement discussions, and escalations.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Develop and maintain reporting on contract status, compliance, and cost forecasts.</li><li>Contribute to the enhancement of contract, end user training material and mobility frameworks through process reviews and stakeholder feedback.</li><li>Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and risk mitigation</li></ul>Position Requirements (Global Mobility Specific):<ul><li>10+ years of experience in a global organization in roles related to global mobility, HR operations, or commercial contracts.</li><li>Proven experience in negotiating and managing complex service agreements, ideally within HR or mobility domains.</li><li>Strong understanding of global mobility processes, including international assignment management, vendor coordination, and compliance with data privacy regulations across multiple countries and jurisdictions.</li><li>Excellent skills in gathering and translating business requirements into structured documentation (e.g., functional and technical specifications), tailored to a range of audiences including sponsors, architects, developers, and external vendors.</li><li>Experience in overseeing global mobility vendors and service providers (desirable).</li><li>Effective stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all organizational levels.</li><li>Comfortable supporting transformation initiatives within complex, matrixed global environments.</li><li>Experience working across cultures and time zones in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and foster a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Strong capability to apply theoretical and practical knowledge to resolve commonly encountered business and operational challenges.</li><li>Ability to independently manage tasks aligned with established concepts, principles, and industry standards.</li><li>Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.</li><li>Advanced analytical, interpersonal, and written communication skills.</li><li>High self-motivation and initiative, particularly in navigating ambiguity or evolving priorities.</li><li>Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including willingness to engage in after-hours commitments as needed.</li></ul>Education and other requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
