The marketing analyst will be the pillar of the team with in-depth experience in growth marketing, including organic and paid channels. He/she will work on creative assessment, building good creatives, managing regular marketing operations, and in-depth business reporting.  </div><div>   </div><div>What you will be doing </div><ul><li>Lead generation in the US across biddable platforms like LinkedIn, Google, FB etc., as well as organic channels</li><li>Manage SEO and boost organic traffic growth</li><li>Handle daily marketing operations</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure marketing delivery on time</li><li>Create good creatives and banners for campaigns and websites</li><li>Regular update of business metrics and business reporting</li><li>Manage email campaigns for prospects and customers</li><li>Monthly research on growth levers, competitors' positioning, creative trends, content style etc</li><li>Create email template designs for monthly campaigns</li><li>Coordinate with the sales team and ensure lead and opportunity follow-ups are streamlined</li><li>Support in website development work</li><li>Manage social media posting cadence and create a monthly calendar, and curate good post copies</li><li>Support in building good marketing content</li></ul><div>Experienced with tools</div><ul><li>Canva </li><li>Salesforce </li><li>Google AdWords </li><li>Google Analytics GA4 </li><li>LinkedIn </li><li>SEMrush </li><li>Figma</li><li>WordPress</li></ul><div>Who you are and what you bring </div><ul><li>PGDM/MBA 2-3 years of core marketing experience</li><li>Proven experience in growth marketing, including paid channels like Google AdWords, LinkedIn etc </li><li>Experience in SEO/SEM for organic traffic growth </li><li>Prior experience in managing email campaigns, social media marketing </li><li>Experience in content marketing  </li><li>High ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision </li><li>Ability to generate good creative, storyboards, templates etc</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication </li><li>Ability to collaborate across stakeholders </li></ul><div> </div><div>  </div></div></div>
