The above represents the standard Corporate Policy. </div><div> </div><div style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Responsibilities: </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0in;"><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Reports to General Manager of a multi-cost center division with a dotted line reporting requirement to Regional Finance team</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Responsible for all aspects of month end close, including posting of journal entries, variance analysis and financial statement preparation for multiple on-site cost centers</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Responsible for preparation and maintenance of balance sheet including monthly reconciliations</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Responsible for accurate inventory and consumption records</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Work closely with inventory management team to ensure compliance with company standards</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Manage local on-site accounting team with direct responsibility over client billing and accounts payable. Includes training and development of staff</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Monthly tracking and analysis of job/project costs to budget and contracts by cost center</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Responsible for monthly forecasting and annual budgets for all cost centers</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Monitor Accounts Receivable accuracy and collections</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Set-up new vendors and new clients according to company policy</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Review and Approve Accounts Payable invoices</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Review subcontractor invoices for proper allocation to jobs</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Handle requirements related to insurance certifications, releases and other required documents</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Act as back-up to Staff Accountant, Accounting Clerks and Payroll staff to keep the department running smoothly</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Additional duties as assigned by General Manager and/or Division Finance team</li></ul><div style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Qualifications </div><ul style="margin-top:0.0in;"><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">5-10 years of experience in accounting role</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">2-5 years of experience in an accounting management role</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Bachelor's degree in accounting required. MBA/CPA preferred</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Strong knowledge of construction accounting, cost controls, and job costing</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Ability to understand and review complex billing and job costing concepts</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Proficient in MS Office products, including Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat</li><li style="margin-bottom:0.0in;margin-top:0.0in;line-height:normal;">Knowledge of automated account system such as J.D.
