Let’s create impact together! 🌱What's on the menu?As our new Data Support Analyst, you’ll be a core part of our data operations, ensuring smooth system functionality and data accuracy. Your week will involve investigating and resolving data-related support tickets by building on our internal tools, developing internal reports and KPIs, and addressing ad-hoc data questions. You'll also be responsible for creating and organizing internal documentation for our knowledgebase, shadowing tech support calls with developers, and suggesting automations for internal workflows. This role is crucial in empowering Orbisk's mission through robust data infrastructure.The key ingredients for success: <ul><li>Strong SQL skills are a must for this role. You probably have 2+ years of experience working with SQL.</li><li>You have prior experience with data cleaning, transformation, and troubleshooting tasks.</li><li>You can write code or queries that compare different sets of data to draw conclusions</li><li>You possess excellent communication skills to explain your findings and communicate potential fixes.</li><li>You have a keen eye for documentation for every part of the system and data you investigate.</li><li>It is an added bonus if you are familiar with Looker Studio (or other BI platforms), or you bring experience working with ETL/ELT systems, especially BigQuery.</li></ul>Why join Orbisk? The camera runs an AI image recognition algorithm that recognises ingredients from images. Effortlessly, we register what food is wasted and why. By means of action-oriented dashboarding, you'll be able to find and optimize the inefficiencies in your food providing process,  annually saving an estimated over 4,000 kilos of food waste for an average sized restaurant, worth €20,000 - €60,000, thus improving sustainability and profitability!
