We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer specializing in Bridges and Underpasses to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our Supervision team you will play a crucial role in the  construction supervision of major roadway projects, including new highways, interchanges, and the upgrading/rehabilitation of existing roads.<ul><li>Familiar with the Construction of Box Girder Bridges in UAE/ Dubai</li><li>Comprehensive knowledge of RTA specifications</li><li>Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment</li><li>Follow up set inspection for installations and review inspector’s performance on a regular basis.</li><li>Coordinate with the project managers to resolve technical issues and optimize solutions</li><li>Conduct site visits to assess construction progress and address any structural concerns</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of structural elements with other project components</li><li>Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in bridge and underpass engineering</li><li>Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders</li><li>Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within budget and schedule constraints</li></ul>
