Position Overview: The Project Manager V will play a key role in supporting AECOM's Project and Design Management Team within the enterprise capabilities office in Colombia. This position focuses on managing internal services for AECOM offices worldwide, ensuring efficient delivery of project scopes and optimal utilization of resources. The candidate will oversee project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain adherence to defined scopes and timelines.The responsibilities include but are not limited to: <ul><li>Lead project planning, execution, and closure phases, ensuring all deliverables meet internal quality standards.</li><li>Develop and manage project schedules and resource allocations to optimize efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including global AECOM offices and team members, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.</li><li>Implement risk management strategies to address potential project challenges.</li><li>Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and internal clients.</li><li>Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with AECOM’s internal standards and operational guidelines.</li></ul>
