This engineer will own tooling designs for thermal spray and fabrication processes. Essential Duties: <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Tooling designs for thermal spray and fabrication processes. </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Robotic programming for thermal spray processes.  </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Creation of technical documents.  (SWI, SOP, PFD, etc.)   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Coating operation training and support.   </li></ul>Responsibilities Will Include: <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Coating and fabrication support.   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Off-hours phone calls for production support may be needed.   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Spare parts and consumable inventory management.  </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Continuous improvements projects for safety and cost savings.   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Implementation of ‘5S’.    </li></ul>Desired Qualifications: <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Programming experience   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Machining experience </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">FANUC robot programming is a ’plus’.   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Thermal spray experience is a ‘plus’.   </li></ul>Physical Requirements:  <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Ability to safely perform job duties in both office and production environments.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Must maintain regular and punctual attendance in alignment with company and regulatory standards.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Must be able to communicate clearly.</li></ul>Working Conditions:  <ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">This is a “Hands-on” kind of job working directly with equipment, fabricators, and coating systems.   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Desk work will be minimal.   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Vast majority of the time will be spent working in shop floor and plant environment, working on a variety of topics to support thermal coating a fabrication.   </li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Ability to work in challenging working conditions which may include exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes, while protected by PPE, for extended periods of time</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">PPE must always be worn - Safety glasses, safety-toe shoes, high-vis clothes. </li></ul>   <div>The position is full-time.
