From our Customer Web Portal to authentication methods like Plug &amp; Charge, RFID, and OCPI integrations — you’ll be at the heart of designing secure, intuitive, and scalable interfaces that connect EV drivers to our network.  This role blends product strategy, tech thinking, and standards expertise — perfect for someone who gets fired up by next-gen customer journeys, elegant solutions, and interoperability.      Key Responsibilities    Strategic Interface Development  <ul><li>Define and own the roadmap for digital interfaces like:<ul><li>Customer Web Portal</li><li>OCPI integrations (roaming)</li><li>On-site authentication methods (e.g. ISO 15118 / Plug &amp; Charge, RFID)</li><li>POI data &amp; navigation systems</li></ul></li><li>Translate customer, partner, and operational needs into functional specs and development priorities</li><li>Ensure close alignment with App team and product managers</li><li>Ensure alignment with global e-mobility standards and regulatory frameworks (OCPI, OICP, Gireve, e-clearing.net, ISO 15118)</li></ul>Cross-Functional Collaboration Cross-Functional Collaboration  <ul><li>Work closely with IT Development to ensure timely, secure, and high-quality releases</li><li>Act as the go-to expert for internal teams on all things digital access and interface-related</li><li>Monitor interface performance and usage — and champion continuous improvement</li></ul> Your profile <ul><li>3+ years in e-mobility, EV charging, or mobility services (CPO/MSP experience a plus)</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of interoperability protocols (OCPI, ISO 15118, RFID, Plug &amp; Charge)</li><li>Proven ability to translate user and partner needs into technical product specs</li><li>Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skills</li><li>Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments</li><li>Entrepreneurial spirit — you’re proactive, curious, and not afraid to push boundaries</li><li>A sharp analytical brain — with the ability to turn data into action</li><li>Strong communicator and team collaborator — you can speak both “tech” and “human” fluently</li><li>Above all, a customer-first mindset — every decision starts with the user</li></ul>  Our Mission There should be no borders when it comes to electric travel.
