AECOM is seeking an Information Management Specialist to join our Water/Wastewater business line, providing essential support to the Department of Water Management (DWM) and internal stakeholders. This position focuses on ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, supporting daily workflows, user access, and system optimization for critical infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide day-to-day support for EAM operations within the Department of Water Management.</li><li>Manage user access including creation, updates, and deactivation of users and user groups to maintain system security and integrity.</li><li>Configure system elements such as custom fields, dataspies, and commodity codes.</li><li>Perform contract and pricing updates within the EAM system.</li><li>Develop and maintain Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) to support training and system usage.</li><li>Deliver training sessions to DWM staff and internal EAM users.</li><li>Process and index project documents into enterprise content management systems to support project execution.</li><li>Resolve documentation or information system issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.</li><li>Support and mentor lower-level staff, including task delegation and quality review.</li></ul>
