Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>1.     Provide technical knowledge and support to ensure the plant is continuously operated in an compliance manner while following VC and local standards2.     Conduct HSE audits, on site inspections to identify workplace HSE related hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices or conditions3.     Investigate HSE accident/incident to find root cause and define mitigation actions4.     Coordinate waste and energy saving project to reduce plant footprint and CO2 emission5.     Develop and deliver HSE training programs to all level and dept6.     Monitor and evaluate the organization’s overall HSE performance to identify recurring problems7.     Research, evaluate and recommend changes to technology, equipment, systems or processes that will improve the organization’s HSE performance8.     Provide technical expertise and advice on HSE issues to manages to help them manage their HSE responsibilities9.     Lead, direct and evaluate a team of HSE professionals to ensure the organization’s strategy is implemented effectively within established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and standards10.  Keep close contact with local authorities and gov to make sure good communication11.  Keep running ISO45001/14001 system to pass external audit Lead or deeply involved in plant HSE related project to continue improve HSE excellence and also ensure HSE compliance<h1>Qualifications:</h1>1.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Tech/Safety/Environmental2.&gt;=10 years’ experience providing safety and environmental expertise in an industrial manufacturing environment.3.Professional HSE knowledge.4.Fluent spoken and written English5.Multinational company background is required6.National certificated safety engineer is requiredThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
