<p>This role will primarily be responsible for maintaining account reconciliations which includes preparation and analysis of assigned accounts.</p><ul><li>Perform multiple and complex balance sheet account reconciliation activities.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely preparation and review of account reconciliations.</li><li>Timely and accurate reporting of reconciling items for correction and adjustments prior to filing SEC reports.</li><li>Timely and accurate reporting of aged reconciliation variances to assist with corrections in the general ledger.</li><li>Analyze a varied range of data to resolve reconciling items and variances and to address queries on accounts movements.</li><li>Ensure reconciliations are prepared and reviewed in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, internal policies, audit procedures and regulations.</li><li>Acts as the point of contact and primary back-up for the Team Lead.</li><li>Supports onboarding of new hires.</li><li>Address critical and unique issues with the guidance of Team Lead for timely resolution of escalated issues. Identify risks and propose ways to prevent occurrence of similar issues and concerns.</li><li>Create and update SOP/DTP of current and new processes.</li><li>Perform complex tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, procedures, and SOX &amp; internal controls.</li><li>Resolve identified issues and keep the Team Lead updated for open or ongoing concerns.</li><li>Work with Team Lead to develop process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.</li><li>Develop and prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for periodic and ad hoc requirements.</li><li>Lead and support key projects, audit reviews, activities, and documentation.</li><li>Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the team in completing projects and performing reconciliation activities.</li></ul>
