(No more than 25 percent of the time.)&nbsp;</li></ul>About you ─ Required Qualifications:<ul><li>At least six years of progressively responsible work experience in a critical role with labor, community, or policy advocacy campaigns; up to two years of relevant graduate study or organizing experience as a member leader in a union or community organization may be counted as experience for the purposes of this requirement.</li><li>A track record of success in at least one of the following campaign disciplines:&nbsp; organizing, strategic research, or communications.</li><li>Strong understanding of comprehensive campaigns and how to build worker and community power.</li><li>Demonstrated commitment to economic, racial, gender, and social justice movements.</li><li>Highly collaborative, with a strong ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, membership and employer representatives, consultants and coalition partners.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and manage staff, including evaluations and developing staff.
