You’ll manage resources across two product lines, service, and repairs, while driving improvements along the entire assembly process: from internal logistics to final quality assurance.  <h3>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</h3><ul><li>Manage and plan our production in detail to meet the targets of two product lines - VLX and MLX series </li></ul><ul><li>Leading a diverse team of 10+ Assembly Technicians and foster a positive, engaged team environment, balancing professionalism with the dynamic spirit of a start-up </li></ul><ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve overall efficiency and lead the implementation of continuous improvement measures, such as optimizing assembly steps </li></ul><ul><li>Evaluate current processes to predict and mitigate risks related to production scale-up </li></ul><ul><li>Discuss and evaluate systematic design improvements with our production engineering and development teams </li></ul><ul><li>Drive team growth by planning for both workforce expansion and optimization of the production layout, in line with NavVis' growth </li></ul><ul><li>Support each team member’s professional growth through structured career planning and development </li></ul><ul><li>Actively support the team by participating in assembly tasks when necessary </li></ul> <h3>WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE</h3><ul><li>5+ years of relevant experience in the field of mechatronics or system electronics </li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams by setting clear goals, owning and driving people processes, incl. handling performance reviews </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to manage team resources, including time and budget </li></ul><ul><li>Proven understanding of production planning, workflows and cycle times </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in working with ERP &amp; project management systems (Preferably Odoo, Excel, Jira &amp; Confluence and Power-BI) </li></ul><ul><li>You are an empathic person that is approachable and can lead and motivate a team of highly skilled technicians </li></ul><ul><li>A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving </li></ul><ul><li>Willingness to go the extra mile and support the team to maximize the overall production output  </li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication skills in English; German will be an added benefit </li></ul> <h3>HOW WE WILL KNOW WE ARE A PERFECT MATCH</h3>Your recruiting partner for this role is Rina (she/her).
