And that’s where you come in.Job Description:<ul><li>Ensure the management of Subcontractors Purchase Order (WPC preparation, validation for Economical Progress – Passive Invoice)</li><li>Guarantee Subcontractors payment milestones verification</li><li>Ensuring the Budget coverage for extra activities on site during the execution of the work</li><li>Ensure the Material Incoming Inspection at project Warehouse</li><li>Manage all on site Logistic to facilitate the site operation during the installation phase</li><li>Manage and coordinate all Sub-contractor WH and site Buffer stock with relevant Inventory</li><li>Improve the Inventory management (Extra SAP) during the Defect Liability Period (Warranties)</li><li>Guarantee the speed up of RMA management (material return from site)</li><li>Ensure the systematic monitoring of Project exceeded material</li><li>Ensure a systematic assessment of BoQ during the PJ execution</li><li>Support the SCM on Material Control Sheet updating (Ordered VS Delivered VS Installed)</li><li>To Be active part of Handover material process assisting the Client</li><li>Guarantee the right Waste management improvement</li><li>Support the team into Material acceptance and Inspection (client handover)</li></ul>Thank you for your interest in Hitachi Rail.
