Parameta Solutions provides market participants with unbiased OTC pricing, analytics, and post-trade tools that support risk management, price discovery, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Project Management—to gather and translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables that drive innovation across our market data and post-trade platforms.This role is ideally suited to a highly analytical and organised individual with strong OTC market knowledge and proven experience in data-centric environments. You will contribute to the design of technical solutions, perform data flow and lifecycle analysis, document trade data lineage, and facilitate Agile delivery. With the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure that our data products are not only regulatory-compliant and operationally robust but also commercially impactful in an ever-changing landscape.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead requirements gathering to translate business needs into well-defined user stories and functional specifications.</li><li>Partner with the Project Manager, Data Scientist, and Product Lead to design and deliver technically sound, commercially viable data products.</li><li>Challenge assumptions and recommend alternative approaches to improve solution design and business outcomes.</li><li>Analyse complex data flows and identify consistencies and gaps across systems.</li><li>Create clear process and data flow diagrams (e.g. BPMN, swim lanes, DFDs) to support stakeholder understanding and solution design.</li><li>Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and aligned with business needs.</li><li>Document order/trade data lineage for transparency and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Work with Order and Trade Management teams to align data formats and structures.</li><li>Support requirement traceability from concept to delivery in Agile workflows.</li><li>Design and execute test plans to validate data integrity, business logic, and functional requirements, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.</li><li>Provide regular updates to the project team on progress, risks, and dependencies.</li><li>Facilitate workshops to gather and refine requirements with stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborate with technology teams to manage interdependencies and resolve cross-functional issues.</li></ul>Experience / CompetenciesEssential<ul><li>Strong OTC market data and regulatory tech experience (e.g. MiFID, MAR, FRTB).</li><li>Knowledge of trade, order, and execution lifecycles with a data/messaging focus.</li><li>Proficient in Agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.</li><li>Extensive experience with JIRA and Confluence.</li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programmes inclusive of Excel and SQL.</li><li>Proficient in PowerPoint and Word for presentations and documentation.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Effective communicator with the ability to tailor messages for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams under pressure.</li><li>Analytical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to problem-solving.</li><li>Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.</li></ul>Desired<ul><li>Familiarity with Inter-Dealer Broker execution methods (e.g. CLOB, auctions).</li><li>Broad cross-asset experience (Rates, FX, Energy &amp; Commodities, Fixed Income, Credit).</li><li>Strong proficiency in Python and R.</li><li>Working knowledge of FIX protocols and JSON message formats.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, EKS, GCP, Snowflake, ThoughtSpot).</li><li>Business Analysis accreditation (e.g. AgileBA, PM-BMA, CBAP).</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level<ul><li>Professional / 5</li></ul>#PARAMETA #LI-ASO #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
