Use discretion to approve and coordinate thoughtful acknowledgments that reflect our values and culture</li></ul>Budget &amp; Administrative Support<ul><li>Track and manage the office operations budget in collaboration with the VP of Operations</li><li>Maintain vendor contracts, reconcile invoices, and provide documentation for accounts payable</li><li>Recommend process improvements and implement new operational systems as the company scales</li></ul>Qualifications:Required<ul><li>4+ years of experience in office management, facilities oversight, or workplace operations</li><li>Proven ability to lead vendor relationships, manage logistics, and maintain operational systems</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You lead with professionalism and empathy</li><li>Excellent time management and ability to juggle competing priorities</li><li>High level of ownership and autonomy; you anticipate problems and solve them before they arise</li><li>Demonstrated ability as a systems thinker.
