Incident Response and Training Exercise Manager

<div><div><span>Overview:</span></div><div><span>The Incident Readiness Training &amp; Exercise Manager will play a crucial role in preparing the Client and its partners to effectively and responsibly manage urgent events and incidents involving its autonomous vehicle operations, riders, communities, and reputation. Supporting the Client’s Incident Readiness team, the role involves designing, facilitating, and evaluating Incident Readiness-led training exercises, including tabletops and simulations. Additionally, this role includes holding training sessions and validating changes to response-focused processes, policies, and tooling. This role also encompasses management responsibilities, including overseeing and guiding the team of Incident Readiness Training &amp; Exercise Coordinators and contributing to the further development and growth of the Client’s Incident Readiness program.</span></div><div><span>This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of incident response principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and train others on complex processes, operating effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments. The ideal candidate will preferably have private and public sector incident management or incident response experience. Exercise Coordinators and ensure all assigned training, exercises, and associated tasks are executed on time and within scope.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Train, onboard, and support new and existing members of the team, ensuring consistency and quality in exercise and training design, facilitation, and evaluation.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Collaborate with the Client’s Incident Readiness team lead on the ongoing development and growth of the Incident Readiness program.</span></div></li></ul><div><span>Training and Exercise Development, Facilitation and Evaluation:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Design, facilitate, and evaluate virtual and in-person Incident Readiness-led training exercises (e.g. plan walkthroughs, tabletops, and simulations) in addition to conducting training sessions.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Collaborate with a large number of cross-functional teams involved in the Client’s incident response processes through provided training, exercises, and follow-up communications.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Develop exercise objectives and design exercise scenarios, injects, and facilitator guides.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Lead and manage up to four communication channels (chat, email, video call, etc.) simultaneously via various high- and low-tech mediums during exercises.</span></div></li></ul><div><span>Documentation &amp; Recordkeeping:</span></div><ul><li><div><span>Create and maintain rigorous documentation related to training and exercises, including key takeaways and recommended process improvements.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Own the preparation stages for training and exercises and ensure that related tasks are clearly tracked and completed in a timely manner.&nbsp;</span></div></li><li><div><span>Evaluate and document the results from each training and exercise event, including findings and action items.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Create and/or improve the set of document templates used by the Incident Readiness team in designing, conducting, and evaluating exercises.</span></div></li><li><div><span>Conduct other recordkeeping or document maintenance tasks as needed.</span></div></li></ul><div><span>Data Analysis &amp;
