Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Execute in the field:</li><li>Corrective Electrical/Mechanical Repairs.</li><li>Electrical/Mechanical Up Grades</li><li>Emergency repairs.</li><li>Support Commissioning Decanter/Separator</li><li>Do customer trainings.</li><li>Manage Automation providers</li><li>Support Service Sales with specific technical questions related to Decanter/Separator</li><li>Identify Customer needs.</li><li>Offer and Execute Modernization, retrofits and / or upgrades available.</li><li>Routine maintenance/overhaul/repairs of Decanter/Separator.</li><li>Rectify day to day issues and lessen the downtime of machines.</li><li>Prepare Service, maintenance reports. Execute the respective document closure for each activity related to field service, auto copy reports, final digital reports.</li><li>Remote support for customers and / or other service technician than need help in GEA SFT equipment.</li><li>Training Field Service Technician in Basic and Intermediate Electrical technical tasks.</li><li>Create and maintain an archive of machine electrical documentation, software and VF parameters.</li><li>Collaborate with Service Sales and Logistics to analyze electrical spare parts security stock.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>University degree in Mechatronic / Electromechanical Engineering OR Technical degree in Mechatronic, Electrical or Electromechanical + experience in workshop or maintenance.</li><li>Professional Knowledge and Experiences:</li></ul>Knowledge in PLC Siemens and / or Allen Bradley.Experience in field service execution.Electrical and Automation skills.Electro mechanics skillsExperience to work in teams of service or maintenance.Experience in food and / or industrial processCapacity to solve complex technical scenarios.Experience and have knowledge in rotating machineEnglish Intermediate and local language.<ul><li>Be a good communicator written and verbal able to work with individuals across levels, functions, products, countries.</li><li>Intercultural experience and skills</li><li>Be a good net-worker.</li><li>Personal drive and a good balance between being a hands-on manager and the ability to think and act strategically</li><li>Has a good resistance for frustration when dealing when complex technical trouble.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
