AECOM is seeking an SH&amp;E Site Supervisor to support construction projects in Mexico.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>The SH&amp;E Site Supervisor is a member of the project execution team who reports to the SH&amp;E Manager and will be responsible for supporting the execution of the construction project.</li><li>Will support the delivery of the construction project within the program timelines within a set of clear performance indicators. This role will require significant interaction with the project team to maintain and contribute to 1 seamless communications and client confidence throughout the project delivery progress.</li><li>Will be responsible for contributing to high levels of compliance at project sites by providing clarification on intent and practical examples of implementation.</li><li>The SH&amp;E Site Supervisor aims to increase employee awareness and knowledge of safety for life and the client's safety program.</li><li>Audit the project site to create awareness and sensitivity among project personnel about unsafe conditions and unsafe practices or behaviors.</li><li>Support the use of near-miss reports by contractors.</li><li>Assist with the permit-to-work process and ensure compliance with permit procedures.</li><li>Support the incident and accident investigation process by gathering factual evidence, photographs, witness statements, and other information useful for the Root Cause Analysis process.</li><li>Supports the development and delivery of SH&amp;E guidance and training for projects managed by AECOM employees.</li><li>Help monitor contractor training programs to verify compliance with regulatory, AECOM, and Client requirements.</li><li>Assists the SH&amp;E Manager, Project Managers, and Site Superintendents in the administration of the Site-Specific SH&amp;E Plan and in the development of Site-Specific Risk Assessments.</li></ul>
