We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system, such as renewables, transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions.How you’ll make an impact<ul><li>You will design and implementation, verification, and commissioning of the MACH control system to meet our customer’s requirements.  </li><li>You will be responsible for design, time schedule, budget, and quality of deliverables during the entire project execution process for control scope.</li><li>You will have extensive contact with other engineering groups, the project manager, and externally to our customer during factory acceptance and commissioning phase. </li><li>You should be willing to ready for travel to sites to support commissioning of MACH system. </li><li>You will design &amp; testing of Control logics and functions.</li><li>You will responsible for Hardware Integration, interfacing with RTDS, Factory Acceptance Test, Customer meetings, Site testing, Test records documentation.</li><li>You will be developing Control and Protection Functions / Solutions for future STATCOM technologies.</li><li>You will be supporting projects in resolving the issues related to Control and Protection Functions.</li><li>You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Power Systems and Power Electronics.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in Design and testing of PI/PID or similar control algorithms.</li><li>Experience in simulation using Matlab or Real Time Simulators (RTDS etc.).</li><li>Experience in HMI (Intouch etc.) and/or SQL B application.</li><li>Preferably basic knowledge on IEEE / IEC standards.</li><li>Preferably understanding application of Power Electronics in FACTS (SVC, STATCOM). </li><li>Good Knowledge on power system - signal processing, active and reactive power concepts, and Knowledge on power electronic devices will be an added advantage. </li><li>Excellent English speaker, good communication skills.</li></ul>More about us We pride ourselves on offering a holistic range of competitive benefit programs to support your financial, physical and mental wellbeing and personal development.
