This position will be reporting to HR Operations Lead, and is estimated to be a 3-4 month assignment for the right candidate.</span></div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities and Duties</h3><ul><li><b>Dashboard Development &amp; Maintenance:</b> Design, develop, and maintain high-impact dashboards using Power BI to visualize key HR metrics and support various stakeholder requests.</li><li><b>Advanced Reporting &amp; Analytics:</b> Generate complex reports, analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, and ensure data integrity. Proactively provide insightful recommendations based on your analysis.</li><li><b>HRIS System Management: </b>Accurately manage and update employee information within Ceridian Dayforce, including personal details, job titles, salaries, and benefits.</li><li><b>System Optimization &amp; Support:</b> Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize Dayforce functionality, troubleshoot system issues, and provide expert support to employees regarding HRIS-related inquiries.</li><li><b>Compliance &amp; Data Security:</b> Ensure all HRIS processes and practices comply with relevant legal requirements, including data privacy and security regulations. Support payroll compliance efforts.</li><li><b>Training &amp; Documentation:</b> Assist in developing and delivering training material for HR staff and end-users on Dayforce and reporting tools. Create and update comprehensive user manuals and documentation.</li><li><b>Cross-functional Collaboration:</b> Work closely with HR team members, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management and talent acquisition.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Skills</h3><ul><li><b>EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM IS MANDATORY. </b></li><li><b>Power BI Mastery:</b> Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated dashboards and reports using Power BI.</li><li><b>Extensive Experience with Ceridian Dayforce:</b> Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Dayforce, including advanced administration, configuration, comprehensive reporting capabilities and import/export management.</li><li><b>Data Management &amp; Analysis Expertise:</b> Highly proficient in data management, analysis, and reporting using tools such as Excel, SQL, and other data visualization platforms.</li><li><b>Data Integration Expertise:</b> Proficient in data integration principles and practices, with experience in connecting various HR and business systems.
