In this role, you will help shape the future of our global Service offering by developing innovative, future-proof solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.Responsibilities / TasksAs a Service Lifecycle Manager of our Business Unit Food Processing &amp; Packaging you have a crucial role in developing our Service offerings to being state-of-the-art and future-proof as well as driving our transformational journey from transactional to recurring business. Our aim is to provide our customers with excellent Service along the complete lifecycle of our machines. Your strong communication skills will enable you to strongly collaborate with our global organization and diverse stakeholders.Your tasks &amp; responsibilities:<ul><li>Development and promotion of best-in-class service product portfolio to fulfil customer expectations and enhance their competitiveness (e.g. Service Level Agreements, Digital Products, Remote Service).</li><li>Drive Service innovation guided by customer performance thinking and industry-benchmarking.</li><li>Drive and manage synergetic collaboration with relevant interfaces like engineering or digital unit to ensure early involvement in component/tool design (design to serviceability).</li><li>Continuously challenge status-quo of our internal Service processes and initiate according optimization measures.</li><li>Close collaboration and alignment with Product Management of FHT Division and our local country offices.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration.</li><li>Deeply rooted in technical solutions and at the same time experience with innovative and state-of-the-art Service portfolios.</li><li>Experience in business development.</li><li>Business-driven, conceptual and hands-on.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills across the globe and diverse organizational levels.</li><li>Strong indirect leadership and change competences.</li><li>Very good English skills.</li></ul>Our offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary and 8% holiday payment.</li><li>Possibility of travel allowance.</li><li>25 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.</li><li>Participation pension fund (PMT).</li><li>Possibility of collective health insurance.</li><li>Possibility of working from home.</li><li>Compensation for your sports subscription.</li></ul>What happens once your application is submitted?You will receive an email when your application has been processed.One of our Talent Acquisition Partners will review and verify if your application meets the qualifications of the role.If your application has been successfully verified, you will be invited to a first interview either virtually or face-to-face.Usually after the second/third interview round we will make a decision.
