As a Master Mechanic, you'll play a key role in ensuring every bike meets our high standards for speed and quality. We’re all about precision – you’ll be responsible for assembling, tuning, and adjusting bikes with flawless accuracy. In the role, you will have the opportunity to work on both Project One custom bikes and built-to-stock Trek bikes.We’re looking for individuals with advanced technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and a can-do attitude to match. This is a full-time mechanic opportunity that also has the potential to be customer facing when our customers come to pick up their Project One dream bicycle. You will be wrenching on bikes with some of the best mechanics in the country while helping to get more people on bikes every day.
