In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Preconstruction, Operations, and Project Management teams to support project scheduling, documentation, permitting, and overall coordination. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts will help ensure our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with company objectives.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage project administration, including company licenses, CRM data entry and maintenance, RFI and submittal processing, and coordination of project certificates of insurance.</li><li>Oversee solar incentive applications and closeouts; act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external parties regarding incentive processes.</li><li>Assist the Director of Interconnection with the submission and closeout of interconnection applications and agreements.</li><li>Support the Preconstruction Manager with planning and zoning board applications, as well as permitting processes.</li><li>Assist Project Managers with construction permit submissions; coordinate with the design team to collect engineering deliverables and serve as a liaison for all internal and external permitting communications.</li><li>Support Project Managers and Engineers in preparing purchase orders and subcontracts.</li><li>Assist the Director of Procurement with material and inventory management, and review outstanding purchases in relation to the project schedule.</li><li>Manage subcontractor documentation, support RFI and submittal distribution, and assist with project closeout activities.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned, based on evolving project needs.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>2+ years of experience in the solar industry, preferably in a project coordination or project support role.</li><li>Familiarity with permitting processes.</li><li>Experience supporting multiple project stakeholders across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools a plus.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li></ul><br><div><b><span style="font-size:12pt;">Benefits and Perks</span></b></div><div> </div><div>Solar Landscape’s company culture is second to none. </div><div>Our employees combine our mission, grit and drive with a rebel’s attitude that is changing the industry: </div><div>·<span style="font-size:7pt;">       </span>Located in the heart of historic Asbury Park, our state-of-the-art office space offers flexible workstations encouraging collaboration and movement.  </div><div>·<span style="font-size:7pt;">       </span>Employees come together to eat every day!
