If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.</div></div><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:  </p><ul><li>Ensure the compliance of the Milestone’s Quality deliverables during the launch phase with the corporate standards</li><li>Ensure the follow up and compliance of the Quality tests and validations with Product Engineering.</li><li>Check and validate the APQP/PPAP process with supplier Quality and Product Engineering.</li><li>Ensure the parts maturity Level and secure the production lines.</li><li>Monitor the reactivity with Incoming Quality, Logistics teams and suppliers regarding the defective’s parts.</li><li>Create and implement the parts quality inspection standards and ensure the Third-party training.</li><li>Proactively identify and mitigate supplier’s risks.</li><li>Monitor the problem solving with Launch team, check the solution’s implementation and effectiveness.</li><li>Lead the reactivity process regarding the Pre-Delivery Inspection and Lucid Customer Product Audit with supplier quality, manufacturing and Product Engineering.</li><li>Participate in improving customer experience by leading 0MiS and 3MiS findings and associated containment and problem solving in coordination with Field Quality, Supplier Quality, Product Engineering and Manufacturing.</li><li>Monitor the New Parts Introduction in the Plant (change management).</li><li>Monitor the ECR implementation within PLM or equivalent system.</li></ul><p><strong>The Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>BSc/master’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline is required. </li><li>8+ years of experience in automotive industry with minimum 5 years with OEM. </li><li>Experience in launching a greenfield OEM plant and new vehicle is a must.</li><li>Experience in Interior Systems manufacturing processes and plastic injection and molding is required.</li><li>Good understanding of product and process design of interior systems.</li><li>Good understanding of vehicle assembly processes, experience within an EV Is a plus. </li><li>Good verbal, written, and presentation skills. </li><li>Able to motivate, influence, gain consensus and support within a wide variety of supporting departments and can interface well with senior management. </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple simultaneous projects.  </li><li>Strong data analysis and visualization skills. </li><li>Ability to lead complex issues and communicate with different levels of the organization. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of APQP/PPAP methodologies and Quality Core Tools is a must.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) </li><li>Team and conflict management. </li><li>Creative, energetic, self-motivated and highly organized. </li><li>Critical management skills with a high level of initiative and sound judgement. </li><li>Solid communication skills, both verbal and written. </li></ul><div> </div><div>At Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
