This position requires a deep understanding of Lucid’s supply chain systems.  The Systems Administrator will lead systems role appropriation, systems documentation, and systems training.  Key internal stakeholders include IT, supply chain, finance.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Creating and managing user accounts and security permissions, and adding role-based access for users to supply chain systems </li><li>Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and access privileges</li><li>Configure and maintain Lucid’s supply chain business applications</li><li>Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides</li><li>Work closely with the Lucid supply chain team and other systems users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply chain systems access and capabilities</li><li>Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues about supply chain systems</li><li>Provide user training and onboarding for supply chain systems users both internal and external</li><li>Partner with IT security and administration team where necessary</li><li>Support a mix of internal and external systems</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>You Bring: </strong></p><ul><li>2-4 years’ experience in business systems administration or a related field  </li><li>Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues</li><li>Excellent organization skills to maintain records and follow cadence</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related field</li><li>Knowledge of SAP and/or Coupa preferred</li><li>Experience in automotive or operations preferred </li><li>Strong project management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently</li></ul><p>Please note this role is 100% onsite and does not offer a remote or hybrid option. </p><div><div><p>By Submitting your application, you understand and agree that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our <a href="https://www.lucidmotors.com/s3fs-public/pdf/candidate-privacy-notice.pdf">Candidate Privacy Notice</a>.
