You will report to the Director, Pre-Deployment.What you’ll do:  <ul><li>Validate and track all project progress across the national portfolio and communicate status to the Director of Pre-Deployment on a regular basis.</li><li>Manage a team of Schedulers that maintain project schedules for the full lifecycle of a project from Pre-NTP to Final Completion.</li><li>Integrate individual project schedules into a cohesive master schedule, identifying and resolving conflicts and dependencies.</li><li>Manage integrity and quality control of data across CED scheduling and construction platforms, ensuring accuracy across a high volume of mission-critical information.</li><li>Support CED Leadership and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.</li><li>Ensure schedule templates, Procore workflows, and all other CED work platforms related to scheduling are aligned with company-wide SOPs and KPIs.</li><li>Manage reporting of portfolio progress compared to schedule, budget, and other key metrics.</li><li>Identify areas to increase efficiency and lead initiatives across CED in these areas.</li><li>Perform critical path analysis and provide recommendations for optimizing project timelines and mitigating risks across large project portfolios.</li><li>Manage visibility of key project data across the company.</li><li>Perform resource optimization and utilization forecasting and provide recommendations to CED leadership.</li><li>Minimize Nexamp’s exposure and risk across project development and implementation.</li><li>Contribute to the development and improvement of CED Operations processes and technologies in collaboration with Business Development, Channel, Legal, Finance, and CED leadership to optimize project risk reduction efforts.</li><li>Establish and enforce quality control standards for scheduling data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across a high volume of projects critical to Nexamp’s operations and reporting.</li></ul>What you’ll bring:<ul><li>A 4-year college degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience is required.</li><li>8+ years of project scheduling experience, ideally within a construction or energy environment.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of direct people management experience, including coaching, performance feedback, and workflow oversight.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with quality control and assurance processes across large volumes of scheduling and operational data critical to company success.</li><li>General experience in project execution and data optimization in construction management.</li><li>3+ years in renewable energy is preferred.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of P6 Primavera, Procore, Sigma or equivalent scheduling and construction management tools.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of P6 interface platforms and scheduling tools.</li><li>Experience managing direct reports and training junior team members.</li><li>Commitment to Nexamp's mission and a passion for solving tomorrow's climate crisis today.</li><li>Proven communication skills for sharing information, ideas, and perspectives across departments.</li><li>Initiative-driven mindset, with the ability to improve current processes and systems at a company-wide level.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a root-cause and solutions-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>A desire to understand how Nexamp operates and use that understanding to inform smarter business decisions.</li></ul>If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, but see yourself contributing, please submit an application.  We encourage people from minority or marginalized groups to apply. At Nexamp, our mission is to build the future of energy so it is clean, simple, and accessible for all.
