AECOM is seeking Construction Project Management Senior Manager to be based in New York, NY.This position will oversee two New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Design-Build projects and includes the following responsibilities, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Ensure that all necessary documents and deliverables are uploaded to PMIS and report on design and construction schedule.     </li><li>Participate in risk management program and work with Design-Builder and Construction Manger to identify, track and mitigate risks. </li><li>Ensure all contractors/consultants adhere to program procedures.</li><li>Monitor interactions with utility companies.              </li><li>Review design documents for conformance to awarded proposal.                   </li><li>Review and comment on construction cost estimates.                       </li><li>Review and comment on Design-Builder’s project schedule and report on progress.</li><li>Attend meetings with Design-Build and Construction Manager and follow through to ensure action items are addressed in a timely manner.  </li><li>Review preconstruction Request for Information (RFIs).</li><li>Provide on-site management oversight to monitor compliance with scope and adherence to industry-accepted construction practices.    </li><li>Track filing and renewal of permits Monitor schedule compliance. </li><li>Report any issues related to lack of progress and delays.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of close-out process.          </li><li>Confirm provision of necessary turnover training, warranties, operations, and maintenance manuals.         </li><li>Confirm necessary on-going maintenance is in place and coordinated with Property Management.            </li><li>Ensure all project-related documents, including closeout requirements, are correctly filed in e-Builder.</li></ul>
