Manage handoff and onboarding of new engagements from sales into delivery.Financial Management: Own P&amp;L oversight across your assigned book of business, including revenue forecasting, staffing alignment, and budget tracking. Proactively surface risks and opportunities to the Director.Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upsell or scope expansion within existing client engagements and collaborate with the Vertical Leader to pursue them.Service Quality &amp; Delivery: Ensure engagements are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget, according to Euclid’s standards. Step in to support or manage engagements directly when necessary.IRA PWA Expertise: Operate as a trusted partner on prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance, applying subject matter knowledge in coordination with senior experts on the team.Engagement Management: Lead or support stakeholder coordination, training, reporting processes, and engagement operations to ensure a successful client experience.Client &amp; Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact across program clients. Strengthen relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and service excellence.Team Enablement: Provide coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day support to engagement teams. Identify opportunities for professional development in partnership with the Director.Culture &amp; Standards: Promote Euclid’s culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the program team.
