Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring high-performing sales teams Experience managing direct customer relationships and distributor networks Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a track record ofinfluencing senior stakeholders. Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English, Chinese or another major Asia Pacific language) is highly desirable.
