This is a fast paced and exciting role, with lots of opportunities.Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities: <ul><li>Being the customer’s first point of contact for all questions and issues of ChartWorld’s existing customers</li><li>Creating all necessary accounts for new vessels and managing the corresponding administration and registration.</li><li>Organizing the initial shipment of products and licenses to the vessels.</li><li>Taking care of certificate and license issues and organizing updates in a timely manner.</li><li>Informing customers about chart updates and arranging delivery of updates.</li><li>Logging all customer inquiries and changes in the CRM- system.</li><li>Managing installation requests and taking care of the pre installation check list and all other necessary administration related to an installation.</li><li>Compiling and sending of newsletters for vessels.</li><li>Analyzing regularly the charts inventory of customers and advising for up-dates or changes in the inventory</li><li>Ensuring customers are equipped with the correct software version for their chart.</li><li>Assuring correct data in the accounts for the ChartWorld Update Delivery System (CUDS).</li></ul>Job Qualifications: <ul><li>University degree in business administration, logistics or operations</li><li>Past experience in a customer relations position</li><li>Experience in shipping, maritime or in the navigation sector is preferred.</li><li>Should be fluent in English</li></ul>What is in it for you: <ul><li>Competitive salary and benefits package</li><li>Personal training budget</li><li>International projects</li><li>Flexible working arrangements</li></ul>This position requires access to export-controlled information or items (i.e. regulated technology or technical data per ITAR/EAR US regulations).
