<h1>Tasks &amp; Responsibilities</h1><ul><li>Organization of the national COP processes to ensure a smooth and stable business</li><li>Operation of the subsidiary in coordination with the Expert National.</li><li>1st level support for the ERP system for all teams and business units for the COP Business processes</li><li>Creation of reports, presentations and documentation for the COP business processes</li><li>Responsibility for the results of the COP KPIs provided by the Experts International; this includes the proactive analysis of deviations, the creation of suitable measures for target achievement and up-to-date order data.</li><li>Information and check of adaptions for national legal- and taxation requirements in case of effects to the existing process chain (e.g. change of invoice layout, implementation of invoicing portals, government portals, etc.)</li><li>Hold regular trainings for new employees in the COP department and the national teams, as well as perform refresh-trainings for existing employees (e.g. regular back office meetings, admin experience exchange, etc.)</li><li>Ensure information flow to internal interface partners, such as procurement, service finance, warehouse, etc.</li><li>Keep the national training documents and training plans up-to-date in the local language</li><li>Testing for national tool- and process adaptions in coordination with the Expert National and International (e.g. ERP software tests).</li><li>Support to ISS in international invoicing scenarios</li><li>BaaN maintenance in import export related processes.</li><li>Daily monitoring of shipments in traffic</li><li>Monitoring of compliance on lead times.</li><li>Validation of customs declarations and compliance with standards</li><li>Generation of letters for exceptions to NOMs</li><li>Digital archive of foreign trade</li><li>Contact with customs brokers / forwarders</li><li>Registration of new customs patents</li><li>Control of accounts for tax payment in customs.</li></ul><h1>Skills &amp; Requirements</h1><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related areas.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS/TMS systems).</li><li>Knowledge of transportation regulations and import/export processes is a plus.</li><li>Effective communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>Are you ready for Fronius?
