Furthermore, you will have the chance to actively participate in projects to enhance the infrastructure or bring new features to Fernrides Tech Stack.</p><h3><strong>How you will leave your footprint</strong></h3><ul><li>Assisting end-users with troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, and network issues on-site in Münich</li><li>Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices</li><li>Supporting the setup and configuration of new laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral devices, including the Mobile Device Management (JumpCloud) roll-out</li><li>Assisting in managing user accounts, access permissions, and security settings</li><li>Providing basic training to end-users on software applications and IT best practices</li><li>Collaborating with the IT support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues</li><li>Documenting support activities, solutions, and recommendations.</li></ul><h3><strong>What you will bring to the team</strong></h3><ul><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to communicate on all levels.</li><li>Knowledge of at least one in Fernride used Operating System (Windows/Linux/Mac), and as a nice-to-have, Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, or MDM.</li><li>Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.</li><li>Availability to work on-site for 20 hours per week during business hours.</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer @ FERNRIDE</strong></p><p>At FERNRIDE, we believe in empowering you to thrive both personally and professionally.
