Provide appropriate technical guidance and detailed instructions to schedule, execute, and monitor compliance of plans.</li><li>Develop and implement inspection &amp; test plans for operation of Machinery systems &amp; equipment during fabrication / installation / repair activities.</li><li>Provide engineering support and participate / lead incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.&nbsp; Identify &amp; implement sustainable corrective action(s).</li><li>Provide value analysis to repair / replace, repair / redesign, and make / buy decisions.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements and Qualifications<ul><li>Engineering graduate (Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering as a minimum preferred) with &gt;13 years of related process automation experience in chemical / refinery / gas plant maintenance / inspection / engineering.</li><li>Knowledge &amp; understanding with the principles of:&nbsp; Safety Integrity Level (SIL), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), Safety Instrumented Function (SIF), Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).</li><li>Knowledge of industry codes and standards applicable to Oil and Gas and Refining Industries (API, ISA, NEC / IEC, NFPA, ASME, etc.) and preferably also Saudi Aramco standards and working practices.</li><li>Detailed knowledge and working experience with predictive and reliability-based maintenance methodologies, machinery &amp; rotating equipment engineering, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.</li><li>Experience and knowledge in the technology, design, and operation of Air Separation, HYCO, and CO2 process systems preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated engineering and technical capabilities &amp; skills.</li><li>Knowledgeable in Machinery safety, health, and local environmental requirements.</li><li>A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity.</li><li>Able to communicate between management, operations, maintenance, customers.</li><li>Proficiency in English speaking and writing, Arabic language skills is a plus.</li></ul>Demonstrated leadership, organizational, computer and interpersonal skills combined with good communications skills (written and verbal) in English a must.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
