At De Jong Verpakking by Stora Enso, we are looking for a driven Key Account Manager.As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing relationships with our customers and play a crucial role in driving our growth. Join our team and contribute to the success of a leading company in sustainable packaging solutions!Some of the key tasks you will perform:<ul><li>Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts by regularly staying in touch, responding to their needs and expectations, and providing excellent customer service;</li><li>Identifying sales opportunities and negotiating contracts and prices with major customers. This may also include preparing sales proposals and quotes;</li><li>Developing account management strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. This may involve analyzing market trends and adjusting sales strategies to changing market conditions;</li><li>Collaborating with the product development team to propose new products or modifications to existing products that meet the specific needs of key customers;</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) in a Commercial or Business Administration direction;</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles with a strong focus on (key) account management;</li><li>Proven experience in developing strategic customer relationships and long-term partnerships;</li><li>Experience in generating new business and actively identifying growth opportunities with both existing and new customers;</li><li>Strong analytical skills;</li><li>Experience with IT tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.</li></ul>Who you are:<ul><li>Entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with a strong focus on revenue growth and closing deals with new customers;</li><li>Strong networker with persuasive power and the ability to open doors with prospects;</li><li>Persistent with a proactive attitude, not easily discouraged;</li><li>Strategically and analytically strong, able to translate market and customer insights into concrete growth plans and propositions;</li><li>Independent, result-oriented, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment;</li><li>Communicatively skilled and sensitive, able to adapt well to different conversation partners and situations.</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>A competitive salary with a pension scheme;</li><li>Company car;</li><li>28 vacation days for a full-time position;</li><li>Possibility of hybrid working;</li><li>Company laptop and phone;</li><li>The opportunity to gain experience in an international organization.</li></ul>
