Take ownership and accountability for getting stuff done. Follow through on tech decisions, we don’t do half-migrations.</p></li><li><p style="">Collaborate with Product and our expert team of Carbon Removal Scientists to deliver high-quality, well-tested code at pace. Build without silos, launch features, build infrastructure and care about our customers.</p></li><li><p style="">Impact a new industry of critical importance. Gain external exposure, working directly with companies removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.</p></li></ul><p style=""><br></p><h2>Things we’re looking for:</h2><ul style=""><li><p style="">Experience in backend software development. A STEM background is advantageous. We’re happy to work with people with experience in all, any or none of the tools and technologies in our <a href="https://stackshare.io/isometric/isometric">stack</a>.</p></li><li><p style="">A collaborative mindset, preferring open communication and teamwork to get stuff done. Our engineers are product-minded and come with diverse backgrounds—from writing the first line of code at day 0 start-ups, to building high scale systems at companies like Meta, Amazon or Shopify. </p></li><li><p style="">An eagerness and curiosity to learn new things and ask questions.
