<p>We are currently looking for an experienced 1-3 PQE lawyer to join the Flexibility Assets Division legal team in Budapest. Leveraging on your experience in corporate and commercial law matters, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Supporting the legal director of MET Group’s Flexibility Assets Division in the legal management of the companies of the Division</li><li>Contributing to the development and management of internal corporate affairs and corporate governance procedures (reviewing proposal, running board meetings, preparing minutes and monitoring execution of board decisions)</li><li>Preparing legal and corporate documents for the meetings of the board of directors of the corporate entities of the Division</li><li>Supporting internal corporate housekeeping and document management practices (e.g. contract lifecycle management)</li><li>Manage the corporate legal affairs of the Division's companies</li><li>Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, offers</li><li>Supporting the legal integration of newly acquired assets and companies into the Division’s operations</li><li>Managing a variety of legal and regulatory matters in connection with the operating assets of the Division</li><li>Communication with and management of the work of local and external legal advisors</li></ul>
