This role manages technicians, contractors, and fleet operations while driving improvements in safety, quality, and customer service. Responsibilities include supervising installations, resolving service issues, and leading special projects. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.Essential Job Functions<ul><li>Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure goals and objectives are met within prescribed time frames and budgets.</li><li>Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures across all PosiGen markets.</li><li>Direct and manage multiple job sites, employees, and contractors.</li><li>Oversee field technician activities, including training and development.</li><li>Assist with managing fleet operations and maintenance accounts.</li><li>Manage complex electrical installations and repairs as needed.</li><li>Lead special projects such as roof leak investigations and home damage repairs.</li><li>Supervise and motivate field personnel responsible for fleet repair and maintenance.</li><li>Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, customer service, and production within Field Services.</li><li>Manage internal and external caseloads, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution.</li><li>Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to track progress and drive improvements.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and service requests across all assigned markets.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by leadership.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in the construction industry; solar experience preferred.</li><li>Actively licensed as an Electrician in applicable state(s); relevant work experience may be considered in place of a license where applicable</li><li>Proven experience managing multiple projects efficiently.</li><li>Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance processes.</li><li>Commitment to safe working practices with a solid understanding of OSHA safety standards.</li><li>Proficiency in construction math, including estimating and blueprint reading.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate employees.</li><li>OSHA 30 Certification preferred </li><li>Experience supervising and managing subcontractors across multiple trades.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), Google Workspace, and other relevant construction management software.</li><li>Must be flexible based on customer availability</li><li>Must have a valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation </li><li>Willing to move through the pre-employment screening process</li></ul>Physical DemandsThe physical demands outlined below are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.<ul><li>Ability to work in a variety of extreme environmental conditions (e.g., high heat, cold temperatures).</li><li>Must be willing and able to climb ladders, ascend/descend stairs, and work on rooftops of multi-level buildings, as well as within confined spaces such as attics.</li><li>While performing the duties of this role, the employee will regularly be required to speak and hear.
