Your mission About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic ESS regional project manager to lead our Energy Storage Systems (ESS) business in Sungrow Europe. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring ESS projects are delivered successfully and high-level customer engagement with team leadership and is central to our expansion in a high-priority growth market. They combine organizational skills, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive results. It is important that you have had previous ESS experience in the UK. Your profile Your Mission       1. Project Planning  <ul><li>Define BESS project scope (S,A,B level), goals, and deliverables  different stages:</li><li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines (Gantt charts, schedules), and budgets.  </li><li>Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.  </li></ul>2. Team Coordination &amp; Leadership <ul><li>Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.  </li><li>Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams (commercial, service, product solution, contract &amp;l egal, finance etc.).  </li><li>Motivate and guide the team to meet deadlines.  </li></ul>       3. Stakeholder Communication <ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, executives, and team members.  </li><li>Provide regular progress updates (status reports, meetings).  </li><li>Organize regular meeting with key stakeholders and report to internal and external parties.</li><li>Manage expectations and negotiate changes when necessary.  </li></ul>4. Project payment &amp; Resource Management  <ul><li>Track project payment milestone and ensure adherence to the program &amp; deadline.  </li><li>Allocate resources efficiently (manpower, tools, materials).  </li></ul>5. Risk &amp; Issue Management  <ul><li>Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.  </li><li>Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that hinder progress.  </li></ul>6. Quality Assurance &amp; Delivery  <ul><li>Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.  </li><li>Conduct post-project reviews (lessons learned, performance analysis).  </li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>2-3+ years in project management leadership within energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectors</li><li>Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset</li><li>Proven experience managing teams and developing customers’ relationship.</li><li>Skilled in solution-based project management, with strong contract negotiation ability</li></ul>  Project Manager Certifications <ul><li>PMP (Project Management Professional) – PMI  </li><li>PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments)</li><li>CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) – Entry-level  </li></ul>  Why us?
