As a Finance Business Partner, you will also be responsible for supporting in all financial and commercial matters and actively drive the project’s performances.How you will make an impact: <ul><li>Validate accuracy of financial data and business information and reporting by performing reconciliations (inventories, material master data, variances ).</li><li>Support preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>Ensure processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements. Maintain proper audit trail and documentation for internal controls/external audits and reviews.</li><li>Prepare project invoices, manual Journal entries . Be responsible for the correctness of project balance sheet and income statement as well as for cash flow  in financial closings.</li><li>Work with Factory Controlling team to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance and identify trends. Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analysis</li><li>As special focus areas: product/business line profitability, product costing, production variances, over/under-absorption analysis/inventory analysis, incl. cycle count results.</li><li>Participate in opportunity/risk identification, monitor that all required mitigation actions are timely implemented. </li><li>Support the Project Manager in coordinating and preparing monthly project reviews.
