Join us and bring your expertise to an organization where your leadership directly impacts global food production, sustainability, and animal welfare, helping us shape the future of farming together.Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Lead the global operations organization as a trusted member of the extended division board</li><li>Shape and execute a high-impact global production strategy and optimize footprint</li><li>Drive productivity gains and embed lean excellence across production and logistics</li><li>Streamline the supply chain while maximizing capital efficiency</li><li>Make strategic Make-or-Buy decisions and enhance order fulfillment processes</li><li>Cut quality costs by advancing robust quality systems and culture</li><li>Optimize inventory management to strengthen working capital performance</li><li>Champion and enforce QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) standards globally</li><li>Collaborate with excellence functions, leveraging analysis to refine and elevate processes</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Proven ability to lead international and diverse teams</li><li>Extensive experience in Production, Supply Chain, and Change Management</li><li>Deep expertise in supply and demand planning, warehousing, and logistics within multi-site environments</li><li>Strong business process and lean excellence knowledge across production and supply chain functions</li><li>Extensive experience with industry-standard ERP systems, including implementation and operational use</li><li>Fluent in English and German</li></ul>What happens after your application has been submitted?You will receive an email as soon as your application has been processed.
