In the AR &amp; Financial Data Analyst role you’ll play a critical role ensuring timely cash flow and accurate revenue recognition across global projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable &amp; Financial Operations:<ul><li>Prepare and analyze weekly accounts receivable aging reports to drive proactive collections.</li><li>Reconcile all AR-related balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.</li><li>Perform intercompany account reconciliations across global entities.</li><li>Follow up on overdue invoices and escalate issues when necessary.</li><li>Support collections processes and coordinate with the project-accounting team.</li><li>Perform project reconciliations and issue manual invoices as required.</li><li>Assist with AR month-end close activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.</li></ul>Analytics &amp; Reporting Support:<ul><li>Leverage data analytics to optimize AR processes and improve cash flow visibility.</li><li>Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor collections, overdue accounts, and project revenue.</li><li>Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and enhance real-time decision-making.</li><li>Integrate and transform data from ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and other sources to build insightful reports.</li><li>Create efficient data models using Power Query and DAX.</li><li>Partner with finance and operations teams to identify analytical needs and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Document reporting processes and ensure data consistency and quality across all deliverables.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable and/or financial analysis.</li><li>Strong command of Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite.</li><li>Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li>Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
