This role provides strategic direction, ensures financial compliance, and leads budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning efforts. The controller will work closely with other senior leaders to support business growth and operational efficiency and supervises a three-person finance team.  Teledyne ETM employs over 100 people and has an annual revenue of $75 million with plans for future growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work closely with General Manager to drive profitable growth, strong cash flow generation.</li><li>Drive key initiatives in cost control/reduction, working capital/inventory reductions, process and ERP system improvements.</li><li>Ensure effective internal control structure and procedures are in place to meet SOX404 requirements.
