Safety Oversight &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Review and approve risk assessments, safety plans, permits, and changes occurring during construction.</li><li>Ensure projects comply with national statutory Health &amp; Safety regulations.</li><li>Implement and monitor the Construction Safety Management Program across all projects.</li><li>Promote best practices and lessons learned across project sites.</li></ul>2. On-site Safety Management<ul><li>Maintain a visible presence on-site to support safety culture and proactive engagement.</li><li>Engage actively in daily Health &amp; Safety management:<ul><li>Attend management and personnel meetings</li><li>Conduct training workshops</li><li>Participate in Daily Activity Briefings and safety reviews</li><li>Attend planning and coordination sessions</li></ul></li></ul>3. Auditing, Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Conduct independent site audits and safety inspections, including at off-site manufacturing facilities.</li><li>Monitor compliance with Health &amp; Safety plans and actual site practices.</li><li>Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all projects.</li><li>Audit:<ul><li>Hazard Risk Assessments (HRA)</li><li>RAMS, lifting plans, safe systems of work</li><li>Competency of contractors and operatives</li><li>Communication and coordination effectiveness</li><li>Training and education programs</li></ul></li></ul>4. Incident &amp; Risk Management<ul><li>Lead or assist in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations.</li><li>Evaluate findings and monitor corrective/preventive action implementation.</li><li>Assist in identifying and managing high-risk activities in coordination with design teams and contractors.</li></ul>5. Continuous Improvement &amp; Program Development<ul><li>Develop and enhance project-specific safety programs as needed.</li><li>Provide independent review and cross-evaluation of Health &amp; Safety practices across multiple projects.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across construction supply chain through shared learning and performance evaluation.</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of Health &amp; Safety planning and contractor resources on site.</li></ul>
