We’re a large team of both data-led and product focused Software and Production Engineers, pushing the boundaries of technology and working at an extraordinary scale. The Zoo is made up of SaaS technology platforms that aim to modernise the pricing and quoting process, and provide meaningful data visualisations for energy retailers globally.What will I be doing?<ul><li>You will look after up to 2 teams of engineers, up to 10 direct reports. Engineering Managers contribute to both the technical and product vision of their teams, making sure that their products are successful</li><li>You’ll nurture the engineering talent in your teams, encouraging personal development, managing performance and ensuring everyone is aligned with product delivery objectives</li><li>You’re likely to be able to contribute hands-on with the code, but will have a focus on contributing to and guiding technical discussions.
