Reviews will assess performance across all key responsibilities, with potential for salary increases and performance- based bonuses tied to improvements andcontributions to team and company goals. </p><h1>Compensation</h1><p>In addition to base salary, a performance bonus of up to 50% of salary is awarded subject to achieving performance targets. Benefits include PTO (10 days to start plus 10 company holidays), 50% medical insurance payment, 75% vision and dental insurance payment, 100% of short and long term disability insurance, and 100% of a $50,000 life insurance policy. Sesame has a 401k plan and offers a 1% match.</p><p></p>
