In this pivotal role, you will lead the implementation of training strategies across various functions within the Product Line Distribution, Dry, Traction Transformers ensuring alignment with Hub Europe and Business unit (BU) Transformers objectives.The ideal candidate is a versatile leader and practitioner with expertise in training and development, implementing training management systems, and large-scale training program management. Extensive experience in implementing solutions that drive impact and change within a complex, matrixed organization and collaborate effectively with BU, Hub and functional teams is strongly preferred. Lean management system experience and driving organizational transformation are essential for the successful candidate.This role requires travel within Europe, up to 25%.<h2>How you’ll make an impact </h2><ul><li>Strategy Development: Create and enhance the Product Line Training Management strategy and systems to track, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of training programs in collaboration with the BU Training Team.</li><li>Program Management: Oversee training, development, onboarding, and certification programs for leaders and the manufacturing workforce, focusing on new products, services, and essential skills such as value-based selling and project management. Identify &amp; develop internal trainers for effective training delivery.</li><li>Needs Assessments: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs within the Product Line, maintaining accurate records of training activities and outcomes. Provide ongoing reports to Management on progress and impact.</li><li>Training Material Development: Design and execute effective training materials using Adult Learning methodologies, ensuring trainers are equipped to deliver impactful sessions.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current training solutions and recommend enhancements to optimize employee performance and development.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with the BU Training Team and other functions, including Hub/global leadership and HR Business Partners, to ensure the effective implementation of training strategies.</li><li>Organizational Capability: Drive accountability and increase employee engagement through the implementation of the ITM system.</li><li>Program Guidance: Lead the regional implementation of global/Hub/Product Line training initiatives.</li></ul>Your background<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, training leadership, program design, and learning and development.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with a track record of driving continuous process improvements and aligning solutions with business needs.
