This role involves collaborating with various departments to facilitate the acquisition of goods and services that meet the Alliances’ needs efficiently and cost-effectively</p><p></p><p><b>The Project</b><br>The project includes the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the plant with first production in 2028. Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical and bulk earthworks.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Maintain a register for expressions of interest and ensure interested parties are included in the bid lists for upcoming tenders</li><li>Assist with onboarding of new members of the team to ensure access and familiarisation with systems</li><li>Assist to set up suppliers and issue tenders through Procur-e</li><li>Assisting to conform basic contracts under the direction of contract administrators</li><li>Assisting to draft vendor agreements in company systems</li><li>System entry for contract awards and variations</li><li>Supplier management such as bank account verifications, SAP code generation and Procur-e Homologation</li><li>General administration as requested</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, logistics) to support overall organizational goals and ensure smooth procurement processes.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the procurement function</li></ul><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;"><b>Required Skills and Competencies</b></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div><ul><li>Experience within a procurement Admin/Officer role desirable</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word and Outlook</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Ability to deal with multiple internal and external stakeholders</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer</b><br>At ACCIONA, we offer a dynamic and challenging work environment where our employees can grow and develop their careers.
