You will collaborate closely with key hiring leaders to build strong, high-performing cross-functional teams. This position requires a strong tactical executor with exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven track record of successfully making key hires in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Partner with hiring managers across all engineering and / or G&amp;A teams to understand hiring needs, business goals, and team dynamics.</li><li>Develop and execute robust recruitment strategies to source and attract top technical talent.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. You will drive every detail of the process, including high-touch coordination as needed.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.</li><li>Conduct thorough candidate assessments, ensuring alignment with the company’s culture and strategic goals.</li><li>Provide expert advice to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes.
